Global Food Safety Initiative
Maplehurst is proud to participate in the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), a collaboration between some of the world's leading food safety experts. We utilize the
British Retail Consortium (BRC) and Safe Quality Food Institute (SQF) audit schemes to ensure we meet GSFI requirements in our manufacturing facilities. All of our facilities are certified or will be certified by March 2012. Maplehurst practices full supply chain traceability; our customers can be confident that Maplehurst is doing everything we can to ensure our baked goods are safe.
